Returns are easy! All you have to do is fill out the returns form found at the bottom of our homepage in the Returns Section, and we will send you all the information you need to get your shoes back to us. Once we have the shoes back, we will refund your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

The shoes don’t fit. We have you covered. You can exchange your shoes for a different size through our Returns page: Returns/Exchanges

Yes. We have a two (2) years manufacturers defect warranty. If you'd like to submit a warranty claim, submit an RMA form.

Our shoes run true to size for an athletic fit and are built around UK sizing. We recommend ordering the same UK size as your current athletic shoes. If you are on the cusp of two sizes, we recommend sizing up to the larger size.

To clean your Ride Concepts shoes, we recommend just spraying them off with water and air drying them, not in direct sunlight. If you need a more thorough clean, use a mild soap and a cloth to spot clean. For the Vice and Vice Mid, we recommend a suede-specific protectant/cleaner.

We are working on supplying your local bike shop. If you know your local bike shop doesn't stock Ride Concepts, point them our way!
